HRM research and consulting provides companies, institutions and organizations in the work place, reserch and consulting services in the field of human resource management. The system we designed with HRM has been used with excelent results in a number of surveys. It gives HRM the tools it needs to surveys that give singular answers per participant. The system is run on our webservers and is completely web based and does not require any installations of software on the part of participants other then a generic browser (built into all modern operating systems).

Security demands are high towards the system and communications between the user and server is encripted using SSL. That prevents 3rd partys from listening inn. We have always been carefull with the identity of the participants and with the latest enhancements the participant can delete all identifying information such as e-mail, phone number and key id's before closing his participation, effectively making his answers untraceable to him personally. HRM has thus managed to insure the personal information protection for their customers. HRM is the only company in Iceland with such high standards of personal security in their electronic surveys.

Participants either click on a link in an e-mail and get an identical window to the above and start to answer questions immedietly, or the get an id in a text message and use the following web page to register into the survey.
